EU orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, so game stores in Germany, Austria, France, Benelux and the rest of the EU pay no import duties and see no customs paperwork. Invoicing in EUR on 30 day terms, free shipping from EUR 350, restocks in days. US stores order the same range from our US warehouse, invoiced in USD.

What is the minimum order?
EUR 350 or USD 350. Deliberately low, so a shop can try the range without betting the month.
Do you ship wholesale dice within Europe?
Yes, from our Dutch warehouse, with no customs surprises inside the EU. US orders ship domestically from our US warehouse. Orders over EUR 350 ship free.
What are the payment terms?
Invoice at checkout with 30 day terms as standard, 60 on request. A valid VAT ID means 0% VAT.
Can I order by CSV?
Yes. Download the catalog CSV, mark your quantities, upload it back and the whole order lands in your cart.
What does POS material cost?
Nothing. Displays, banners and quickguides are free and designed in house. Only Mystery Pack contents are paid, the box is not.
How do I get your wholesale price list?
Request a trade account. Approved stores see trade pricing on every product page and can download the full CritStones line sheet, price list and catalog CSV from day one.
What margin do game stores make on dice?
Premium dice are one of the strongest margin categories in a game store: high attach rate, small shelf footprint, and CritStones displays do the selling. Your exact trade terms come with your account approval, within a working day. The full picture is in How to stock dice in your game store.
Do you dropship?
No. GlassStaff sells wholesale to stores: a EUR or USD 350 opening order, your own stock on your own shelf, and a lifetime warranty we handle directly with your customers.
