Where do you ship (from)?
We ship all over the world from our two locations in The Netherlands and the United States.
We ship your order to you from one of our locations depending on where you are in the world.

How much is shipping?
That depends on where you are, check out our shipping info page for all the details.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes we do! If something is wrong with your item / order and you want to exchange don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll sort it out for you ASAP!
Where is that product I saw at your event booth?
At our Events we show and sell all our new products and concepts before we put them online.
If it is not on the website but you saw it at our booth we will probably add it in the future.

Can I buy in bulk / wholesale?
