General Information
Is there a minimum wholesale order quantity?
To enable small shop keepers to try our products for the first time we don't have order minimums for approved wholesalers.
But, only orders over €150 / $150 are eligible for free shipping.
Where do you ship (from)?
We ship all over the world from our two locations in The Netherlands and the United States. We ship your order to you from one of our locations depending on where you are in the world.
If you are in the United States we will ship domestically to you from our US warehouse. Otherwise we will ship your order from our warehouse in the EU (The Netherlands)
How much is shipping?
If your order has a value over $150 / €150 shipping is free. If your order has lower value we will calculate shipping after it has been packed.
What if a product arrives damaged / is faulty?
Our apologies if something arrived damaged / is faulty! Reach out to wholesaler-support@glassstaff.com and we'll get it sorted out!
Where is that product we saw at your event booth?
At our Events we show and sell all our new products and concepts before we put them online.
If it is not on the website but you saw it at our booth we will probably add it in the future.

Can we order by CSV?

Do you offer bigger discounts for bigger orders?

Can I get some promotional stickers to spread the love?
Offcourse! We are happy to add free GlassStaff / CritStones promotional stickers to your order. Just let us know and we'll add a batch.
How is the wholesale discount applied?
The wholesale discount will be applied to your cart and checkout.
Product Information
Do your products have barcodes?
Yes, all our products have barcodes.
Note: At this moment we are selling Spiralbound Notebooks that don't have barcodes.
Do your products have pinholes?
Our Pins, Keychains, TTRPG Notebook stickers, Stickerbomb pack and normal Stickers all have pegholes for retail hanging display.
Note: At this moment we still have some stickers that don't have pegholes. Do you want to hang them? Let us know and we'll make sure you'll only get pegholes versions.
Do you have display boxes?
We have promotional counter top displays for stickers. They fit 6 stacks of stickers.
If you order more than 30 stickers in one order we will add a display box for free. Need more? Just let us know
Can I download a CSV with product information?
No problem, check our csv resources on the Fast Order Page
Do you have a product image resource?
Yes! Please check here for our product images
Payment Information
What is the wholesale discount?
We offer 50% off MSRP. When you supply us with your VAT ID we can charge 0% VAT. Otherwise we will charge the regular VAT amount on the 50% amount.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. In the checkout you'll see an invoice payment option. Once your order is approved we'll send you an invoice in either USD or EUR depending on your location.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes. We offer 30 days payment terms standard. If you need 60 days just let us know and we'll arrange that.
Can I pay with a Bank Transfer?
Yes. Bank details will be available on the invoice. We have a European bank account.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes no problem.
