We design CritStones dice and everything around them in house, and ship them from warehouses in the EU and the US. Making your hobby your work is the whole idea. The guild has room. Maybe for you.

What working at GlassStaff is like
The long version of how one person sketching before work turned into a guild is on the About us page. The short version: we make the things we wanted for our own tables, and we hire people who would have wanted them too.
Small team, real ownership
No committee layers. The people you would work beside are all on Meet the Guild, and the whole team fits in one conversation. What you run is yours to run, and what you improve stays improved.
Your work ships
The sets you design, pack or sell go direct to players and to the 350+ shops in 20+ countries that stock CritStones (Where to buy). A troop of event helpers carries them to conventions and TTRPG events across Europe. You will see your work on a shelf, then on a table.
Nerdiness welcome
There is a D&D group running inside the company, packaging gets argued over like a rules question, and knowing your d12 from your d20 counts as a professional skill here. RPG night or tabletop battle, you will be among fellow rollers.
