Every CritStones stockist gets one named person, not a ticket queue. Your account manager sets up your account and your first order with you, and stays your contact for everything after.
Set up together
From approval to first delivery, your account manager walks you through it: account, pricing, ordering, displays. You are never left alone with a login and a price list.
An opening range that fits
Which materials, colors and price points move depends on your regulars. Your account manager helps you build an opening range for your shop, not a generic starter box.
The same person, every time
Reorders, questions, upcoming lines, something odd with a delivery: you write to the person who knows your shop, and that person answers. The Wholesale FAQ covers the rest between orders.

We can create in-store artwork tailored to your shop, based on whatever fits your space and your crowd. Your shop, our designers in Boskoop, one wall nobody else has. Want dice with your shop's own logo on them? That is the custom dice service.

We create, not just resell
Everything under our name is designed in house, in a workshop in Boskoop full of people who play: CritStones dice, the Player Journal, foam crumbles, socks, and the boxes they arrive in. The reaction we design for is the one across a convention table, "Wait, what is that?", and a shelf is a table with better lighting.
Display-ready packaging
Packaging is part of the product, not a wrapper around it. Designed in house so the box does its share of the work, from the first look on the shelf to the moment the set lands on the table.
Stock on two continents

The CritStones Promise travels with the dice
Every CritStones die carries our lifetime guarantee, and it holds whether the die came from us or from your shelf: one free replacement per player, postage on us. The customer files a guarantee claim with us and the packaging is their proof of purchase, so nothing lands on your counter. We designed the die, so we stand behind it.
How it works
From first email to first delivery
Request an account
Fill in the trade account registration with your shop details. Your account manager checks it personally and replies with your terms and access.
Order your opening range
Build it with your account manager, order online with trade pricing, or use the fast CSV order when you already know what you want. Displays and POS material get planned in the same conversation.
Restock
Reorders ship from the nearest warehouse, EU or US. Meet us at conventions and TTRPG events across Europe to see new lines first, or ask your account manager what is coming.
Bigger than one shop?
Distribution partners wanted
We are opening Eastern Europe, Southern Europe and markets worldwide, and we are looking for distributors to carry CritStones there. If you supply game and hobby shops in your region, we would like to hear how you work and what your market needs.
