Meet the Guild

Every guild starts somewhere. This one started with one person drawing in the quiet hours, making things for the love of it and hoping someone out there would love them too. Someone did. Thousands did, actually.

These days Cedrique is the one holding the map: keeping the craftsmen supplied, the wagons rolling, and every member of the party pointed the same way, at least until something new and shiny wanders past the workshop window.

Ask him where the guild is headed and clear your afternoon. The plans run far past the horizon, and he means to walk the whole route with the amazing crew beside him.

Machiel spent years raising trading posts for other guilds and keeping them running. Then this one made him a better offer: stop building them and start filling them. He packed for the road and never looked back.

Now he keeps the trade routes open. Most days you will find him deep in conversation with shopkeepers across twenty countries, talking through new sets until the other end of the line is as excited as he is. When he is on a call, the whole workshop notices. The enthusiasm travels at full volume.

Between calls he needs dice in hand the way others need coffee, so he founded the guild's own weekly campaign to keep the itch at bay.

Patricia trained for fairs and festivals, then graduated straight into the one stretch of years when the realm held none. So she counted other people's coin and waited for the gates to open again.

Years later this guild came looking for someone to run its fairs, and the ledgers never saw her again. Now she plans the guild's seasons on the road: which fairs, which towns, which halls, and everything the calendar does not know it needs yet.

Off duty she keeps three separate D&D campaigns running. Three. If that doesn't attest to her planning skills, we don't know what does.

Natalie worked in an entirely different trade, but being married to the Guildmaster turns shop talk into supper talk. At some point the guild stopped being his stories and started being her plan.

She joined, and within a season nobody could remember how anything ran without her. Whatever you need in these halls, the answer is the same: find Natalie. She is the healer who keeps the whole party standing, patched up, paid, and pointed forward.

She seems very nice and lovely, and she is. But that ends at the gaming table. Invite her to your D&D session and all she wants to do is hit big bad evil guys in the face, without all that time-consuming roleplaying.
