The closest warehouse ships your order
We hold stock in two warehouses, one in Boskoop, the Netherlands, and one in the United States. Your order ships from whichever is closer, so it travels a shorter road and crosses fewer borders.
EU orders ship from the Netherlands
Orders inside the EU leave our warehouse in Boskoop and stay inside the EU, so there are no import charges and no customs delays at your door.
US orders ship from the US
Orders to the United States ship domestically from our warehouse in the US. No border crossing, no customs paperwork, no surprise fees.
Same-day dispatch from Boskoop before 13:00 CET
Order before 13:00 CET on a weekday and it usually leaves the warehouse the same day. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.

No surprises where we can help it
EU orders ship from inside the EU and US orders ship from inside the US, so for those destinations the price you pay at checkout is the full price. For destinations outside the EU and US, local customs duties or import VAT can apply on delivery; these are set by your country, not by us.

Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Order before 13:00 CET on a weekday and it usually leaves our warehouse in Boskoop, the Netherlands, the same day. Orders placed later, or over the weekend, ship the next business day. Whichever warehouse ships your parcel, you receive an email with a tracking link the moment it is on its way.
Which warehouse will my order come from?
The one closest to you. Orders to the United States ship from our warehouse in the US; orders to the EU and most other destinations ship from our warehouse in Boskoop, the Netherlands.
When is shipping free?
Free shipping kicks in above an order-value threshold in most of our regions: over $35 in the United States, over €35 in the Netherlands, over €75 in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Luxembourg, and over €100 in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Finland and Sweden. The remaining destinations ship at a flat rate at any order size. The cart shows how far you are from free shipping while you shop.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Not for EU or US orders; those ship domestically from the nearest warehouse. For other destinations your country may charge import duties or VAT on delivery. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and we cannot influence them.
My parcel is late or the tracking stopped moving. What now?
Give it a business day or two first; couriers sometimes scan late. Still stuck? Message us and we will chase it down. Parcels that are genuinely lost get resent or refunded, your pick.
